Why haven't I received payment for goods sold? I have issues with refund.

If you have any issues related to payment or refunds between you and your customers, please feel free to contact Stripe from your Stripe portal. You can either chat or request a call back. It takes less than 3 minutes to get a call back from Stripe. Stripe is very responsive and render great customer service.

If your issue has to do with not receiving your payment for goods sold, 

  1. Check that you have marked the order as "delivered" on your FarmClust portal
  2. Check that your first payment for goods sold on the platform has gone beyond 7 days after marking your sold item as delivered.
