I haven’t received my orders. Who do I contact?

Timeline  
Most orders would usually be delivered or ready for pick up within 1 - 3 business days. If your order is delayed beyond this, please contact the producer directly. You will find each producer's contact details at their shopfront on FarmClust.
 
Contacting your producer
Visit www.farmclust.com.au.
Click on "SUPPLIERS" on the black header ribbon
Select "view store" for supplier you are after
Scroll to the Contact section and reach out to your supplier.
